Our Coaching Program
Our private coaching program is designed to meet the needs of the individual student regardless of market experience or types of markets traded.
We know that not all trading systems are created equal, therefore, we understand that each student has specific needs and each student requires different time frames to learn and master the art of trading.
Trading is a business and not a "get rich quick" scheme. It takes time to master the art and science of trading in order to be a consistent, profitable trader. If learned correctly, trading can be lucrative and can be a source of freedom financially, physically, and spiritually.
We are committed 200% to guide, coach, and mentor each student by developing a proper foundation that builds confidence, trust, discipline, commitment, and integrity in the student's trading skills. We do this by educating the student based on our proven teaching methods.
OUR METHODOLOGY
Our methodology is unique and different from the rest. It is based on a combination of two principles. The ESTE martial arts principle and the ESTE Be-Do-Have Trading Principle. Our students are guided through three phases:
Phase 1 - How to "be" in the trading zone: We believe this is the most crucial part of trading, having the right mindset and attitude towards trading. The right mindset where your values and beliefs are congruent to "who you are," will create synergy, balance, and harmony to put you in the trading "zone." Our students attend a 16-hour trading psychology course in the first phase to learn "how to think and trade like a champion."
Phase 2 - Action steps and "doing": We educate the student on five simple, mechanical, powerful steps and three proven objective trading systems. They are the ESTE "No Brainer" Method, ESTE ESMS Pattern Method, and the ESTE 8,10 Close Method. The student also learns specific risk management, money management, and profit maximizing strategies that professional traders use.
Phase 3 - To “have” what you want, you will need to be responsible for the outcome – win or lose. We educate our students on strategies to implement during a win and those to implement during a loss.
Shaping the Trader’s “Culture”
All traders from novice to professional have their own individual “culture.” There is no person that does not have a culture. The discerning factor for most traders is that their culture has been formed through default and not through managed design.
The culture you have is producing the performance you have. A major influence on your culture is your environment - what you read, what you watch, what you hear, and what you have learned that creates your habits, good or bad.
To change your culture to a desired culture, you as a trader will need to re-shape your environment, attitude, and perception through your ' being' in order to change what you “ do,” and thus what you “ have.”

How long does it take to finish the coaching program?
Every student is different, based on personality and behavior. It takes six months on average to complete the whole program, from being a white belt to becoming a black belt in trading. After six months, some students continue their coaching based on advanced trading with a focus on the trading mindset.
Why does it take 6 months to finish the coaching program?
There are two stages through which the student must pass.
Stage 1: The student will attend a 16 hour trading psychology course. During the course, the student will learn about his or her personality profile as a trader, and identify beliefs, values, and emotional needs that will either limit or support the student to go to the next level.
Stage 2: After Phase 1, the student will learn five simple, mechanical, action steps using three proven trading methods. Method 1, the ESTE No Brainer Method, is a low risk, high probability trading method based on supply and demand. Method 2, the ESTE ESMS Pattern Method, is a high probability, 100% objective trading method. Method 3, the ESTE Close Method is a high probability, 100% objective trading method.
The student will be categorized first as a white belt/beginner and will learn Method 1. During this time, the student will have the opportunity to attend four classes a week - a class on trading theory, two live trading classes, and one trading psychology class. The student will also have plenty of opportunities to practice and will be designated a team leader who will check the student's homework to make sure he or she is doing it correctly. Once the student shows consistency in his or her results, the student will take two exams, a theoretical exam and a practical exam. The theoretical exam consists of 37 questions that test the student's knowledge of trading basics. The practical exam consists of 10 real trades that the student will execute using Method 1. The student will be graded based on his or her discipline to follow the rules, integrity, and accountability. If the student passes both exams, he or she will be promoted to a blue belt/intermediate trader.
As a blue belt, the student will learn the other two trading methods and have the opportunity to attend four classes a week - a training session on trading theory, two live trading classes, and one trading psychology class. The student will also hone his or her leadership skills by being a team leader and will assist beginners with their homework. When the student is ready and shows consistency in trades and performance, the student will take two exams, a theoretical exam and a practical exam. If the student passes both exams, the student will be promoted to a black belt.
As a black belt, the student will learn advanced trading strategies and methods. The student will be required to teach a beginners' class and a live trading class to show his knowledge of the methods. When the student shows consistency and passes all requirements, the student will graduate with excellence, leadership, integrity, and discipline.
Are there any guarantees in the coaching program?
As in other areas of life, there are no guarantees in trading. What we guarantee however, is our coaching and mentorship. If the student has been consistent and has followed the rules, but hasn't been successful, then we will commit to taking the necessary time to train the student to success.
Does the trading methods work in all markets?
Yes, all three trading methods work for FOREX, Futures, and Stocks.

The Art of Quantum Trading - How To Think and Trade Like a Champion: This 16 hour course is the first stage of the mentoring program. It is a trading psychology course where the student will identify the belief system, values, and emotional needs that either will limit or support the student to go to the next level.
Live Trading Sessions - The student will attend twice a week live trading sessions and observe how the trading theories and ESTE methodologies work in real time.
After Hours Program - A traders' support group held once a week, where we discuss challenges, successes, and goals within a group of positive, successful traders.
Unlimited Support - The student gets unlimited support via e-mail, telephone, and online while participating in the program.
