ESTE Martial Arts Principle

Through Reynaldo’s 27 year experience in martial arts, he has learned how to teach students to be disciplined, and how to think and trade like champions. In martial arts, students are categorized with colored belts based on their level of skill. For example, a white belt is a beginner, a blue belt is intermediate and a black belt is advanced.
We believe that, as in martial arts, trading does not differentiate among mind, body, and spirit. Abraham Maslow, one of the pioneers of psychology, found that there are four stages of learning. We have added another stage, however, as we believe that there are five stages of learning. We categorize new traders as white belts (the first stage of learning) no matter what their knowledge and experience in trading. As white belts, they first learn the basic foundation of trading, which is to identify supply and demand. The concept is easy, but to apply it in real time is a challenge. Beginner's are taught the first method called “The No Brainer Method – Low Risk, High Probability Trading.” Once a beginner has shown consistency in his or her results and has passed the theoretical and practical exam, the beginner will then be promoted to a blue belt which is an intermediate level.
As a blue belt, the intermediate trader is taught two mechanical trading systems that are purely 100% objective. The second method is called the “ESTE ESMS Method and the third method is called the “8,10 Close Method.” The trader is taught intermediate technical skills and will be tested both theoretically and practically through an exam. If the trader passes all necessary pre-requisites, he or she will be promoted to a black belt level.
As a black belt, the advanced trader is taught advanced technical skills and how to practice self-awareness. Part of the curriculum for an advanced trader is to teach a beginner’s class and one of the live trading classes. This will test the trader's knowledge and skills, and re-affirm everything the student has learned.
